Before Dawn films is an independent production house dedicated to twisted media in all its forms. Horror, comedy, anything a bit wrong and disturbing will find a home within our fleshless arms. As well as our own productions we offer a range of services to bands, businesses, artists and anyone who requires a creative vision for their concepts.
Michael Wannenmacher is an actor, writer and director working regularly in the Australian film and television industry. His stage experience encompasses everything from Shakespeare to Shaeffer, burlesque to caberet to stand up comedy. He currently works nightly at Dracula's Cabaret stunning the audience with his biting wit and twisted routines. His love of the horror genre, combined with a different sense of humour give his films an individual flavour, on both an visual and emotional level.
Safka is a powerhouse of management and organisaion. She producd the 2004 hit stage comedy 'Sex and the Single Guy' for the Melbourne Comedy Festival as well as the forth coming horror spoof 'The Horror House of Horror' for Before Dawn films. She recently won the 2007 Australian Tourism award for her work managing Draculas Comedy Cabaret which will sit comfortably next to the 2005 and 2006 State Tourism awards she won for the best tourism restaurant in Victoria.
